Teaching Yoga to Teens & Pre-Teens
Flow and Go! In this 3-hour workshop, learn tools to help teens boost
confidence and self image cultivating physical strength and courage.

YogaKids Foundations Training the first step toward complete certification
Kim Vulinovic is an experienced YogaKids Foundations presenter facilitating Foundations trainings internationally since 2004. This fundamental, experiential training program includes an overview of YogaKids poses, techniques, concepts and methodology developed by yoga-for-children pioneer, Marsha Wenig, during her 20 years of study, research, practice and teaching yoga to children. There are no prerequisites for participation in the Foundations Training except a desire to help children by teaching about the benefits of yoga for children.
